The oceanfront porch is large and child-proof with a gate! Most bedrooms have new mattresses and new bedding. Bathrooms are configured to give private half-bath with only a shared shower area to each of the three bedrooms with queen beds. Bedrooms, hallway, and stairs all have new carpet throughout.

An inside staircase leads to the downstairs laundry room and gameroom with an ocean view--perfectly equipped for kids or teens.

An inside commode and shower are located just off the laundry room on the ground floor, as well as a ground level door to the enclosed outside shower.

There is a covered patio with ocean view for those who enjoy some shade.
